dear Teresa,
I am so sorry about yesterday and hope that your plans in Hamilton weren't too disrupted.
I wrote to ██████, and she responded that she is delighted to receive my email, although is waiting to hear back about a full-time job that she applied for, so needs until Monday at the latest although possibly will know by Friday. Which is fair.
If she is unavailable, I will contact ████, ███ ██ █████ ████ █████████ ██ ██████████
I feel quite convinced that I want to let █████ go as soon as possible. ████ █ ████ ██████████ █ ████ ██ ██████████ ██ ████ ███ ██ █████ ██ ███ █████ ██ █████████ ███ ███████████ ████ ███ ████████.
I recognize that it is a risk that we might again end up with nobody (eep), but also feel that it is disingenuous, and a waste of time and energy, to continue with █████ █████ █ ██████ ██ ████ ███. ███ ███████ ██████ ███ ███ █████ ████ █ █████████ ███ ██ ███ ███ █████████████ ██████. When would you have time to meet to plan how to communicate this, and also to do the deed? My week is pretty flexible.
My apologies again about the meeting yesterday, and about needing so much support. I remain hopeful that once we get going, the project should be able to run more independently.
warmly,
Josh

Hi Josh,

I hope you had a good day in spite of the meeting.

I appreciate your email and your candidness. I don't see how to move forward with █████ if we're both feeling as we do. I'm totally free on Friday, and 1pm (my time) seems to work best for your schedule, but I'm actually free all day until 3pm when I have series of meetings beginning.a

I look forward to connecting with you and discussing our next steps.

My best,
Teresa

hi Teresa,
thanks as usual for writing back so quickly.
I think it would make sense on friday for us to do both a planning meeting and then invite █████ to join us to let her know our decision. Would that work for you?
If so, it would be better for me if we could meet a bit earlier, maybe around 10:30 your time. Then we could invite █████ to join us say at 11:15.
Let me know, and see you soon,
Josh

Hi Josh,

10.30am this Friday (my time) works well for me.

See you then.

My best,
Teresa

Hi Teresa,
Thanks. Should I ask █████ to make time at 11:15 then?
Best,
Josh

Teresa Carlesimo <██████████████████████████ >

Hi Josh,

Yes, I think asking █████ to join at 11.15am or 11.30am should give you and I plenty of time to chat.

Hi Teresa,
Ok. I will ask her to meet at 11:30. I think we will be able to figure out what to say in an hour.
See you Friday.
Best,
Josh
