Josh,

Thanks.

Soooooo, my notes show that a more detailed account—deadlines, but also grant-specific requirements—is reserved for the spreadsheet that I've started.

That suggests that you'd like the grant deadlines entered directly on the calendar? Do I have that right?

hi █████,
I would prefer if you work on the separate document with the list of deadlines, and then we can enter them into the calendar later.
I am a very visual person when it comes to organizing, so it helps me more to have a list first, and then a calendar second.
thanks for checking though.

Josh,

That makes sense. Thanks.

Aaaaaaaaaand now that my account is linked with the Gallery's, I have a much clearer view of the grants for which FCG is eligible. At last count there were 17.

I hasten to add that these aren't all necessarily grants that FCG should apply to. I'm just making note of what's on the table (and keeping a separate "dates only" longlist.)

So I've been thinking:
once the name of the grant and its accompanying deadline are entered in the first two fields of the spreadsheet, the information that is to go in the third field—"a list of tasks and requirements affiliated with each of the grants"—could take a good deal of time to collate and enter.

Is it possible we should set aside some time tomorrow to eliminate some of the grants that, while eligible, may not be desirable?

Let me know your thoughts. (And I can send you the longlist if you want to see it, though it's a bit crude.)

P.S. And while I'm going on about it, should there be a fourth category, for dollar amount?
