Welcome to my first email as your Official Employee Person.

I was thinking, it might be a good idea to settle on a particular day for our weekly meeting. I'm happy to do it any day Tuesday through Saturday—lining up with Teresa's requirements.

Secondly, I have a couple of non-controversial questions about the contract. Josh, should these be in a separate email to you alone?

Lastly, I haven't much to report, Canada Council-wise. I've been trying to figure out a way to change my profile, but the technical support person is not responding to my inquiry with any great speed. 

So, if there are no objections, I'll use my existing "hired gun" profile and designate myself as an Individual. 

(I haven't actually attempted this yet because the account name is "██████████" which would just look weird and confusing if it weren't expected.)

And with that, I'm going to lock myself in a room and read the "Core Grant Due Oct 24" material...

I am not so sure how to help you with the Council Portal, but I hope the council support comes through.

The Canada Council person actually called me yesterday. It turns out account handles can't be changed, so "██████████" I remain forevermore.

You can add me—quoth Canada Council technical support—to the Forest City Gallery account by using the handle or my personal email address, .

The good news is that I don't need to create a profile for the work ahead, so the potential 30-day delay will not be an issue.

I have a question about the Meeting Agenda.

Are my "to do" items of No. 9—"Prepare draft and outline for CCA report" and the like—to be undertaken after the meeting? Or before?

I had envisioned the "to do" category is for the work to be undertaken following the meeting, not before.

I'm so sorry to have to do this, but is there any way we can reschedule Tuesday for another time slot? Something's come up at 1pm and it's inflexible.
