Hi Josh,

█████ ██████ ███ ██ ███ ██████ █████ ██████ ██ ███ ███████ █████ I think we should request that this practice is changed because it's going to prove impossible to find anything we may need to look for in the future.

She also now has OAC and CCA portal access.

My best,
Teresa

████ ███████████
She has also not been cc-ing me, so I had no idea.

Also, I got this email from her today (see below), which just generally is even more disappointing, since it shows how little research she is interested in doing.
I am really almost at the point of letting her go tomorrow. It’s just not working for me :(

Can I ask about her portal access? If we aren’t continuing with her past tuesday / wednesday, how difficult would it be to revoke this access? Is the access linked to the employee account or to her personal CCA / OAC accounts?

(From █████ earlier today)
Josh,

I have a question about the timeline for one of the things on my "to do" list.

My item no. 4 from Tuesday's Zoom call is an overview of potential funders lying outside the CCA/OAC/LAC triumvirate —"whatever’s out there," was your description.

Is that a task you need completed for next Tuesday?

Meanwhile, I'm starting to get a clearer idea of the Canada Council deadlines and requirements, though I haven't heard from Teresa about her interaction with the gallery's advisor. Actually, I emailed Teresa on Tuesday afternoon, but there's been no reply. (I don't want to nag her, but she indicated in our last meeting that I could email her if I needed support and, it seems best for her and I not to duplicate tasks unnecessarily.)

Anyway, let me know what you think of all that when you get a moment.

Hi Josh,

I emailed her this morning. I think there's been a misunderstanding. I don't understand why she thinks she's waiting on me to speak to the grant-officers? The only information I'm requesting from them is if we can indeed request an increase when we're in the middle of a multi-year grant. She should be focusing on re-writes for the last grant and finding new sources outside the operating grants we're already receiving. I suspect this means that I should try to clarify this.

My best,

Teresa Carlesimo (she/her)

Hi Teresa,
I actually wrote back and told her to forget about looking for other sources of funding and to focus on the rewrites.
I just don’t have any confidence in her capability.
I don’t want to send her more mixed messages, and I actually don’t think it’s worth it to even bother right now. Seeking out other funding sources seems to overwhelm her.
She spent the last week figuring out how to log into the portal when we told her over and over again that the portal was not a priority.
