- The "name" field. Right now it is possible to edit what the name is, but it is not possible to leave it blank or to fill it with a redaction. For instance, in the group emails that have a lot of people addressed, I don't want to publish peoples' names, but I also don't want to replace them with anonymous "made up" labels. In the pdf version I was also able to replace peoples' names with black redactions, which I can't do in the field as it is. Would this be possible?
For each address, you can now choose between "Keep/Edit"/Redacted/Empty
- I need to be able to redact the file names of attachments (some contain peoples' names) Done :)
- Is there a way to edit the tags - add more, etc?
There is now a new "Tags" section on the left sidebar, you can add new tags
- Is it possible to add a "next" button so that after I finish editing an email thread I can continue directly to the next thread without returning to the main page?
There's now 2 links at the bottom of the Email page, "Newer" and "Older", which will have the navigation.
- I need to be able to delete entire threads that should not be included (overly generous filtering).
To do so, the first email of a thread has a new "Status" named "DELETE FULL THREAD"
- In several of the emails, included in the content is an in-line repetition of the email being replied to. Is there a way to remove this? I am attaching a screen-capture to show you what I mean.
The redaction now has 2 types, Redact and Remove (below the options: Select All/Undo/Clear):
The Remove selection is highlighted in Red, and the redaction is in Black. - In the employee email account, the user changes. The first person we hired was unsuitable, and so I need to be able to redact the name of the first employee and then it should be made visible when the correct person takes the job. So, for this one account / field there needs to be the ability to have different attributes -- first blacked out and then named. For this I need more details. Where the 2 users are using the same email address. If so, I presume it is known by a specific date, where the user has changed. Is that Right?
