Hi Teresa,

We have asked Matt Kyba to nominate FCG for the Lacey Prize, but he hasn't got back to us yet and the deadline is tonight at 6:00 PM (very soon). We emailed back and forth earlier today but no confirmation since 3:00 PM... I don't really know what to do about this so I was wondering if you had his phone number? I understand if you can't give it to me, so I was wondering if you would feel comfortable maybe calling him just to confirm that he has submitted the nomination? (I'm thinking maybe he forgot to CC Josh and I?)

Sorry about this situation and let me know what you think is the best way to proceed.
