I've addressed most of the notes you made. Let me know if you want anything else. 

Josh, I need to ask that you add some context to the quote “If I factor in all the hours I work, I am making way below minimum wage.” This was absolutely true during the several months during the build/move and when FCG had both spaces, however, without that context "way below minimum wage" reads as a constant and that is not factual.
