Hey, Josh,

Please feel free to use these in the book. No issues with it aside from a
couple new redactions below (the last two in particular, the rest is just
names noted as appearing, which may or may not be issues (this is based on
the appearance of contributors) . Not sure if this is oversight or
intentional:

The first group of names is intentional as these are all contributors who have already given permission for inclusion in the publication, as with Jonathan M. as well.

For the bottom two, thank you, those are very helpful and I will follow your suggestion re ███ ███ █████████ █████ I am not sure about the white bar… I will also check on that.
