dear Adomas,
I hope you are doing well. I would love a chance to catch up with you, since it looks like you are involved in some exciting projects at the moment!
My reason for writing to you now is because I am currently in the process of archiving outcomes of The Employee project. I am writing to ask your permission to reproduce the emails we exchanged about the project, which I hope to include in the project documentation. This material will be published online.
The project as a whole became about making overwork and burnout within the arts visible. These issues are not clearly articulated in single events, but accumulate over small increments.
I want to publish an archive of the email correspondence generated by the project as completely as possible as a way to show the quantity of work involved in the project, and also the intersection of work with personal life, which was more prevalent  than ever during the pandemic.
Our conversation comprises a tiny fragment of this mountain of correspondence.
I have attached the exact documents I wish to reproduce to this email. I do not intend to publish anything other than what is included below. Please read these over and let me know if you would consent to allow me to use these documents. If you do not consent, or want anything else removed, please let me know as well. I want to respect your wishes. I would greatly appreciate it if I could hear back from you by next week, and will keep in touch to let you know when the project is published.
warm wishes,
Joshua Schwebel

Hi Josh,

How are you doing? Are you thinking of coming to London for any reason? Would be lovely to catch up over coffee. I'll of course give a shout when I'm eventually in Berlin.

These two tiny messages I am happy to give consent to!

Warmest,
Adomas

Thanks so much for your consent, Adomas. It’s a formality to ask for such small correspondences, but it’s important, and I need to ask everyone.
I would love to come to London, but don’t have any active plans to go there at the moment… although I agree, a coffee together would be so nice.
If you have any projects or open calls in mind that might bring me to London, of course I would be more than happy to come :)
Otherwise, do let me know when you are next in Berlin.
Warm greetings,
Josh
