Hi Lauren,
Here are the key modifications that need to be made on ███████████ text.

1. The purpose of this essay within the publication is to contextualize The Employee as an artwork. Right now it feels like a survey of my work in general. Not enough focus or analysis of given of the particular work. An expanded analysis of The Employee as an artwork is needed to set it up as the subject of the text in relation to the other artworks described.

2. A lot of text is given to Asher’s LAICA project, but it is not explicit enough how that piece is connected to The Employee. What are the links between these artworks, and how are they different? (Asher’s work changed in response to not getting funding, The Employee was oriented around procuring funding)(both works use delegation as a way to make work visible).

3. The work of Christopher D’Arcangelo in the LAICA project is described, but seems far less relevant to The Employee than the work that D’Arcangelo did with Peter Nadin. This is also a work that engages with making the framing conditions of art visible and echoes with the Cabanel and with Ukeles.

Feel free to modify my comments to make them more clear.
Good luck and thank you!!
