I know Mark said we'd get back to you this week but I've been inundated with post-vacation catch up, and I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to look at your request in detail.

The short answer is yes to everything, in that, I think we should be able to do it all. I also think what you're asking for will be necessary for the end user too (sorting, filtering), so whatever Max builds for you, I imagine will be useful in some way for that. The reason I can't confirm this is because I need to chat with Max but he's racing against a VIVA! deadline for mid-next week so I don't want to interrupt his flow today. So, late next week, we will have an answer for you for sure: what's possible, how long it'll take, and when you should have the features available.

Re: intern, yes! We have the wonderful Jordon Davis with us, and she's also been working on the UI design with me, so I think this will be a great project for her too because she's part of the project anyway. Perhaps we can set up a meeting between you two to discuss? The complication is that she's on the west coast so time-wise it sucks, so if you prefer, I can meet with you and then relay to her. For this meeting, please let us know and @Mark Ambrose Harris can help coordinate :)

Hi dear Mark and Farah,

Sorry for the late reply. I didn’t write back earlier because travel, jetlag, inconsistent internet, since I arrived yesterday evening in Dawson, YUKON! where I will be in a residency for some / most of this month. So actually, for the time difference, it’s no problem! I got this :)

But first of all, THANK YOU so much! It’s no problem at all that you took a while to reply, I got the auto-replies, so I figured it would be a bit of time until things were addressed. I do hope that Max can set up this additional functionality, because it would ease my mind considerably for double-checking redactions, and would make navigating this work much easier.

Second, thank you for setting something up with Jordon. I would love to meet with her and you. Having some help going through this redaction material would be amahzing. My availability is a bit up in the air, since I am in this new place for research (offline, hiking to gold-mines amongst bears and forest fires), and the internet access outside of the house in indeterminate / unlikely. But if you pick a date and time, I will be there.

And finally, Mark, to answer your question about content. Lauren and I expect another chunk of content to be ready mid-Month, at which point we will hand it over to Jessica to proof-read. We are gunning for turning over the bulk of the material by mid-September at the very latest.
