Hi Josh,
I hope that your install in Québec city is going well, and that work relations are smooth. Please send a pic of the doors once the install is done!

I got back from the cabin yesterday and wanted to check in with you about the text.
I have started, but still no first draft. Choosing to do this writing while at the cabin was a bad decision. I was totally burnt by epic zombie car troubles that started as soon as i pulled into the fucking dirt road (which l'll tell you about when we next chat), and zero percent motivated to work when I finally settled, particularly since this witing feels A LOT like complaining about work. I really do not want to complain about work....or worse, get too nostalgic about a past that i am probably romanticizing. Anyway, I had a lot of resistance, which is interesting and I am trying to unpack it.
I will do another day of writing on Friday. From home, in bed, as I write best. Keep you posted as things move along.

Hi Michelle,
I sent some pics over messenger. I am extremely surprised and happy to report that the install is moving. A floodgate opened when I arrived and I decided to move everything from the storage into the gallery. It is working for me. The publications and photos that I worked into are going to be added to this so there is little / no distinction between the frame and the art.
I am so surprised that I found a way past my ambivalence.

I am sorry you hit a block with the writing. If you want to have a talk let me know.
Sending you good vibes….
Hugs
