dear Teresa,
I hope that everything is ok on your end. I haven't heard back from you in a few weeks, and that makes me nervous that something is wrong.
I wanted to again check about the intro text, and if the end of December feels like a reasonable deadline for you.
We met with House9, the graphic designers yesterday, and they are thankfully flexible with the deadline on their end, but it would be good to have an idea of how much more time you will need.
I also wanted to check again with you about the attached sensitive emails.
I have gone through them again, because they made me uncomfortable. I think it is better to remove information that could cause unnecessary hurt.
if you have a chance to let me know what you think, or if you have requests for further redactions, I would appreciate it.
warmly, Josh

Hi Josh,

Thanks for checking in and for your patience. Outside of grant season November and December are the busiest times of year for the gallery ███ ████ ██████ █████ ██ ██████ ████ ████████████ ██ █████ █████, ██ ████ ████ █ ███ ██ ██ ██ ████████ ██ ███ █████ ██ ███ ███ ██ ██ ████ ██████████ █████ ████

Here is a link to my intro. I think it's short enough. It's difficult to fit everything I want to say into a short text. It will need cleaning up because the edits I keep saying I want to do I still have not had time for, so best to hand it off and let Lauren make the suggestions and go from there as I do recognise time is getting tight.

I can look through these attachments tonight as my work for the week is mostly wrapped up!

My best,

Dear Teresa,
Huge thanks for this text. It is exactly on target. You have managed to reinforce the contextual fact of “overworked arc employee” without either coming across as a victim or singling out FCG, which, as you know from having read drafts of my text were simplifying traps I really struggled to avoid. Thank you also for the endorsement of the work. It is exactly what I was hoping for as an introductory text, and I think it situates the tone of the interaction between the project and FCG well.
I am cc-ing Lauren here, and hope that you will be able to share access to the doc with her, if you have not already (██████████████████████ █████████).
Primarily, thank you, it is really exciting to read your text and to be nearing the end of this very long process.
You will hear back from Lauren and I with more specific edits, comments and suggestions soon.
If by chance you would be available for a quick chat, especially about the email archive, there are some questions that would be much quicker to answer In conversation than by email.
I have a relatively open schedule (certainly relative to you!), and would be very happy to see you and catch up!
Warmly,
Josh

Hi Josh,

I'm glad you think the text is on target. That's a relief!

I see that you have already given Lauren access to the google doc, thanks so much.

I've also reviewed the new redactions from the suite of emails with both █████████ and ███ that you sent and I don't have any further feedback, though I will say that I think you did make the right call in being extra careful with these potentially sensitive communications.

I'm wondering if I can have access to the emails where I previously requested further reductions, for my own peace of mind.

I'm available this week on Wednesday and Thursday 12 - 3PM both days. Let me know if you can make something work then. I can likely make time on Friday too, if that's preferable for you.

My best,

I will have time tomorrow evening around your noon. I would be happy to meet then and to go through the content again.
does that time still work for you?
We can check over all the emails then.

Hi Josh,

I can still meet today, but can we make it a few minutes later? 12.15PM will give me enough time.
