Hey Josh, 

Sorry it's taken us so long to get back to you! It's been a bit hectic post-vacation but we've finally reviewed everything. 

I hope you haven't worked much further because you really don't have to. Trying to unpack every possible design solution on your end using tools like Sheets and Docs is undoubtedly extremely frustrating! We understand what you're trying to achieve but I think where we've missed is doing a proper UX phase with you. We showed you a visual design without UX, and now you're trying to do UX on your own to compensate. 

I'm travelling to Europe for a couple weeks but will be back on Feb 13, so I propose that you, me, Miranda and Alex meet to do a proper UX session. After that, we'll think about what the visual/aesthetic will be. 

Does that sound ok? If yes, Mark can coordinate a chat for us.

Hi Farah,
Welcome back post-vacay.
I actually wanted to reach out to you because I am planning to be in Montreal from Feb. 8(ish) until the 18th (most likely), and I wanted to see if it would make sense to have an in-person meeting.
Maybe we can combine these, and do this UX (what is UX?) in person? I assume this would have more to do with the email archive than the publication, and if so, Lauren, you are welcome to either join on zoom or skip, as you feel like.
But Farah, thank you for this!
In brief, yes, I would love to, and if you are doing things in person, this would be great! (If not, no problem at all, we can zoom from different places in the same city, and find another way to socialize)

Hey Josh!

We could meet but tbh this work is easier done over Zoom so we can co-work more effectively, but I would love to see you IRL for a friends hang! 

How is a zoom meeting sometime on Feb 14/Tuesday or 15/Wednesday? 

UX: haha exactly! We will reveal all when we meet. Basically it's doing everything you're trying to do on your side, but there are methodologies and tools and structures that make it a TON easier.

Hi Farah,
Ok, sounds good to me! In that case any of those days work for me in general. Lauren, if you are available, we should try to keep it in the EU time-zone range, and also that might be easier for you, Farah, if you will still be a bit jet-lagged.
And yes please, let’s find a social time aside from that!

In terms of EU time, we have a meeting booked on Tuesday, February 14 at 10:00–11:00 am, but otherwise that morning works, same for Wednesday. So maybe we'll wait to see what Lauren has to say.
