I am writing to you now because I am in the final stretch of producing the publication for my project, The Employee. 

I sent you an inquiry earlier about potentially contributing to a publication about this work. As a way of recording the project and its workload as a process rather than product, as well as the crossover between work and personal life so particular to the art milieu, I have archived all the email correspondence generated by the project. I am writing to you to ask your consent to reproduce the emails between us. These are a tiny drop in the bucket, so they won't be extremely visible in the overall scheme of things.

My protocol is to redact rather than re-edit, but I also had a feeling that you would prefer that mention to be kept off the record, so your request comes as no surprise and is no problem.

I will be in Quebec City in February, and likely back in Sackville in the Spring (dates tba) and again next September, (also tba). Let me know if there is a chance to cross paths, or to meet up in Hallifax.
