dear Kim,
I hope you are doing well. I doubt you will recall this, because it was some time ago, but I posted a listing on Akimbo in April 2020 for a project performer-grantwriter (The Employee).
I am currently in the process of archiving outcomes of The Employee project. I am writing to ask your permission to reproduce the emails we exchanged about the project, which I hope to include in the project documentation. This material will be published online.
The project as a whole became about making overwork and burnout within the arts visible. These issues are not clearly articulated in single events, but accumulate over small increments.
I want to publish an archive of the email correspondence generated by the project as completely as possible as a way to show the quantity of work involved in the project, and also the intersection of work with personal life, which was more prevalent  than ever during the pandemic.
Our conversation comprises a tiny fragment of this mountain of correspondence.
I have attached the exact documents I wish to reproduce to this email. I do not intend to publish anything other than what is included below. Please read these over and let me know if you would consent to allow me to use these documents. If you do not consent, or want anything else removed, please let me know as well. I want to respect your wishes. I would greatly appreciate it if I could hear back from you by next week, and will keep in touch to let you know when the project is published.
warm wishes,
Joshua Schwebel

Hello Joshua,

I hope you had a great weekend! Thank you for your patience as I looked into this for you. We connected with our colleagues and both are okay with their correspondence being published. I just wanted to ensure that you knew that there are two different Kim's you were corresponding with. Sometimes folks get confused and just wanted to make sure so that your published work is accurate :)

Please let me know if you need anything else!

Warmly,

Laura

dear Laura,
thanks so much for following up with this. I was unaware that there were multiple kims included in this correspondence, but thank you for picking up on that and confirming.
my best,
