We were last in communication because you were part of The Employee project at FCG. I hope you have been well!
I am currently in the process of archiving the project outcomes, and want to get in touch about publication permissions.
I intend to publish the project online, through the form of an email archive. I am writing now to ask your permission to reproduce the emails you sent during the application process, which I hope to include in the project documentation.
I have attached the exact documents to this email (I have blocked out personal information such as your name, your email address, mailing addresses, and phone number).
Please read these over and let me know if you would consent to allow me to use these documents. If you do not consent, or want anything else removed, please let me know as well. I would greatly appreciate it if I could hear back from you by next week (August 31), and will keep in touch to let you know when the project is published.
