We were last in communication a couple years ago because you were one of the applicants for The Employee project at FCG. I hope you have been well!
I am currently in the process of archiving the project outcomes, and am writing to ask your permission to reproduce the emails we exchanged, which I hope to include in the project documentation along with more than 1500 other emails that were involved in the making of the project. This material will be published online.
To be clear, I do not want to reproduce the contents of your application, only the emails you sent me, informing me of your submission and acknowledging receipt of our communications. I have attached the exact documents to this email (I intend to redact personal information such as email addresses, mailing addresses, or phone numbers). This material will also be anonymized. Please read these over and let me know if you would consent to allow me to use this documentation once the personal information is redacted. If you want anything else removed, please let me know as well. I want to respect your wishes. I would greatly appreciate it if I could hear back from you by next week (August 10), and will keep in touch to let you know when the project is published.
