quick follow-up

thank you so much for being at the meeting yesterday, and sorry for all of the connection issues, scheduling, etc. I hope it was still worthwhile for you.

I wanted to follow-up to ask if you have any preference for how I should approach the email archive. There are several emails, for example, during the interview process in which we are discussing the pros and cons of certain candidates, or when we were communicating about █████, for example, and I would like to find a way to include these documents without putting either of us in an awkward position. I had the idea to blank out names and even pronouns, but wanted to ask your advice to see what you would suggest. I think it would be helpful to meet to discuss how to treat these sort of on a case-by-case basis.

This is not urgent. I expect to finish tagging and sorting the archive by next week (maybe wishful thinking!), and will start reaching out to contacts included in the scope of the project after that.

It would be good to know if you have any thoughts for the protocol I should follow, however.
