We continue to be amazed by your essay. You are covering an incredible amount of ground with precision, and in such an accessible writing style. Honestly, I feel grateful for the level of discourse and commitment you are bringing to this project!
Josh and I have both been through the most recent version, and have added some notes - questions, musings, copy-edits, etc. We are thinking that, with your agreement of course, this round will be the final in terms of the meat of the text.
With regards to notes and citations, I’m sorry to say that we don’t yet have an agreed style yet. I suggest is that you go through in the style you feel most comfortable, and if we choose another I will re-format it.
