Hi Joshua,

Thank you so much for the information. I just downloaded the files and everything seems perfect.
On my side, about the text, there have been some delays. But I will keep you posted about it for sure in the next few days, if not today or tomorrow.

Thank you again and have a nice day,

Karine

Dear Joshua,

I have some questions concerning the titles of the works. Am I allowed to translate them or the title has to stay in English? To give an idea of a possible translation, attached is the document I filled for titles/credits.

Also, in the title of the second performance, is it (UTC-4) or (UTC-5)? (See last email)

To answer your question in the contract, yes, you can absolutely use images elsewhere or in other press. The 6-months exclusivity is only if one of your images is chosen to be on the cover of the magazine. Then, for this image only, we would ask for the 6-months exclusivity. The selection of the front page image will be done by the graphic designer at first. At this point of the process, we can ask to not use one of your images on the cover if you prefer. Let me know?

Thank you,

Best,

Karine

Josh Schwebel <privatejosh@gmail.com>

dear Karine,
thank you for your questions.
It is fine to translate the titles. The specific timecode for each is what is most important to reinforce the attempt to surveil / measure work from home.
Please put J. Schwebel, not S. Schwebel for image credits.
It is UTC-4 for the second time zone, whereas the first is UTC-5 (I think that the April performance took place when the EU had switched over from daylight savings but Canada had not yet done so).
I would be very happy if one of the images were to appear on the cover, and understand the exclusivity clause in this context.
