dear Mitchell,
I hope you are well. I am slowly gathering together project materials for The Employee publication, but wanted to check in once more about what you might need for the text commission.
As we didn't end up discussing the project directly, I was wondering if you had any particular questions or angles of approach that we could engage with in our next conversation. As I mentioned earlier, I am particularly interested in having you write about the work through the lens of support structures and recessional practices so maybe that would be a good starting point.
Do you think another meeting in the next week or so would be of use to you in preparing the text? Or would it be better to have more time to sketch out a bit of a draft and then speak later.
I am available as you wish.
My intention is to have the written texts in hand by the end of January, in order to make revisions in the subsequent two weeks. Is that a schedule that works for you?
my warmest greetings,
Josh

Hi Josh,

I'm gathering too, and revisiting. Would be useful to catch up again early next week, if only for a chance to talk a bit more directly about the project (I'll try and keep my broader structural cynicism in check and on track this time!)

Would Monday work for you? Let me know what time suits best.

Cheers,
Mitch

Hi Mitch,
Good to hear from you, and sorry for being slightly late to respond. Monday would work for me. Is there a time that works best for you?
Given the time difference, I imagine we will have to go with something early/late again?
