Apologies for my delay, and hoping things have been good back in
Berlin.
I'm going through kind of a rough patch right now, to be honest, so maybe we should wait a little before meeting. I think all the events of this year healthwise are catching up with me psychologically now (if those kinds of distinctions can be made) and though am feeling fine-ish physically, am feeling like things are breaking down a little in terms of my energy, focus and mood. But hoping to my speak to my GP tomorrow and get started on some anti-depressants. I think it might also have to do with medical menopause, as the switch was very sudden and didn't feel connected to anything. Maybe it's PTSD, who knows.
