Hi both,
First, Teresa, I hope the opening went well! 
Just to recap, during our last meeting Camille and I discussed some next steps.
This week Camille will be researching various deadlines that FCG might be eligible for, so maybe at our next meeting we could strategize what would be the best next applications to begin writing, and to draft a document and calendar that can be used as a planning and reference. I had proposed that we begin work on the OAC deadline of Nov. 3 for the covid support funds, and maybe we can look into those two grants in more detail in our next meeting and see what they require, and if FCG is eligible to apply for both, etc.

I would also like to set up a regular meeting day and time, if that is ok with both of you. Would wednesday around 11am Toronto time work for both of you? Of course this can shift when we are busy, but just for an anchor, I think it would be best.
So, would it be possible to meet this Wednesday at this time?

Thanks, Josh—the install looks really good and Michèle was pleased! Happy to have it behind me now. And thanks for this update. I think what you've laid out for our meeting this week sounds great. I was also looking at the OAC COVID funds for November 3rd so let's definitely discuss that.

A set meeting on Wednesdays at 11am Toronto time sounds great to me, and works for this week as well. 

Looking forward to reconnecting with you both.
